Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current period - not the full price. For example, if you upgrade from Starter (€9) to Pro (€29) halfway through the month, you'll pay approximately €10 (half of the €20 difference). Your new credits are added immediately.
Stripe automatically calculates prorated charges. You pay only for the time remaining on your higher plan. At your next billing cycle, you'll be charged the full price of your new plan. Example: Upgrading from Pro to Business with 10 days left means you pay ~€16.67 (10/30 of the €50 difference) immediately, then €79/month thereafter.
No, unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Your credits reset to your plan's allocation at each billing cycle.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and your remaining credits stay active until then.
We support PDF files up to 200MB in size and images (JPG, PNG, WebP). Each translation can process a limited number of pages based on your plan (10 for Starter, 30 for Pro, 50 for Business).
